Every receipt creates a batch. Oldest batch ships first. Margin reports stay accurate to the batch. Expiry alerts fire before stock writes off.

The platform tracks every stage so reports stay accurate and customers stay informed.
Cardem keeps a running record of every action that touches money, inventory, customers, or auth. Entries are tamper-evident, so any change to a previous record is detected automatically. Retention is seven years by default.
Auth events, financial transactions, inventory adjustments, fulfilment events, customer-data changes, GDPR requests, admin role changes.
Each entry is cryptographically linked to the previous entry. A daily integrity check verifies the whole chain. A break is reported immediately.
