Cardem is a deliberate B2B relationship, sized to your business. We start with a conversation about your markets, customers, and operational requirements, and we quote against that.
No transaction fees, no per-seat charges, no per-product fees, no usage cliffs. Pricing reflects the platform, the infrastructure, and the service.

When a customer needs something Cardem doesn't yet do, it gets built into the platform behind a feature toggle. The funder gets it first. Every other customer can opt in over time. Custom-development pricing reflects the fact that the work eventually serves more than one customer.
Transaction fees punish you for growing and reward us for nothing. We charge for the platform, the infrastructure, and the service. If you scale ten times, our cost to support you doesn't scale ten times. Pricing reflects that.
Per-seat pricing forces you to economise on access. We'd rather every operator on your team have an account with the right role and the right permissions, with full audit-log visibility. Six admin roles, granular permissions, no head-count tax.
Cardem is a deliberate B2B relationship rather than a self-serve product. The right starting point is a 30-minute conversation about your markets, customs posture, payment providers, and operational requirements. We quote against that.
Generally no, and that's why custom-development pricing reflects amortisation across future customers rather than full bespoke cost. Funders get first access, configuration defaults set in their favour, and a release credit on the work. If a feature cannot be safely shared, we'll quote it separately.
A 30-minute discovery call gets you an honest read on fit and a written proposal within five business days.
